Non Profit Day at the Farmers' Market
October 3rd

Saturday, October 3
7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Station Park, Winnetka

Calling all 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations!

We invite you to join us for Non-Profit Day at the Winnetka Farmers’ Market—a wonderful opportunity to introduce your organization, share your mission, and connect with thousands of residents and families from Winnetka and the surrounding communities.

All participating nonprofit organizations will be located together in Station Park, creating a special destination within the Market for our community to discover the many organizations doing great work in our area.

MAKE YOUR SPACE FUN!

We strongly encourage each organization to bring a child-centric activity to your space. A simple game, craft, giveaway, challenge, or hands-on activity is a great way to attract families with children and gives you the opportunity to start a conversation and introduce them to your organization and its mission.

WHAT TO BRING

Set-up is from 6:00–7:00 a.m., and everyone must be completely ready when the Market opens at 7:30 a.m.

You may keep your set-up as simple as a table and chair. Tents are not required. If you have your own tent or umbrella, you are welcome to bring it. Please remember that all tents must be properly weighted.

NEED EQUIPMENT? WE HAVE YOU COVERED!

A limited number of complete Market set-ups are available for $75, paid in advance.

Your set-up includes:

  • 1 tent
  • Tent weights
  • 1 six-foot table
  • 1 black tablecloth
  • 1 chair
  • Complete set-up and tear-down

Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.

Winnetka Farmers’ Market breaks attendance record
By Martin Carlino and Cleo Pool | 3:07 a.m. July 23, 2024

Fourth of July weekend often brings with it sparks of attendance at community events. But the holiday weekend this year proved to be one for the record book for the Winnetka Farmers’ Market.

During her staff report at the Village Council meeting on July 16, Trustee Tina Dalman said more than 2,800 people attended the Winnetka Farmers’ Market on Saturday, July 6. The figure represented a new attendance record for the weekly event, hosted by The Winnetka-Northfield-Glencoe Chamber of Commerce. Continue reading here…

TESTIMONIALS

A quick note to let you know we had a great time at Farmer’s Market today and talked to sooooo many folks about our chapel concerts who hadn’t known  about them!  We were very prepared with signage and handouts  (we made small takeaway cards with our QR code to get tickets and concert schedule included. What a reach for us especially with so many young families and new residents. Scott, they all raved about the fest so I think we’re making an impact!  We also liked being next to the live music tent – it worked well. Hope to do many more. I have a feeling that with the 4th being midweek this week many families were out of town,  but  there was still a steady flow ..

Happy  weekend,
Val
