I have created a custom content type for the gold & platinum supplementary member profiles. This facilitates a uniform look to the profiles and makes the process of populating these content pieces more efficient and straight forward.

You will notice that under “posts” in the left column there is another item called “member profile”

There is a series of fields following the standard post configuration that need to be populated for these items to be complete

Gold & Platinum members are created via the same interface but a Gold member will only have a visible excerpt (no link to a “detail” page)

Platinum members have a similar excerpt display, but the title & excerpt areas are linked to a second “view”
