The Northfield Lion’s Club is conducting Free Diabetic Retinopathy Screenings at the Northfield Farmers’ Market, 6 Happ Road, Northfield on Saturday, September 12.  The Market is open at 7:30am-12:30pm on saturdays, rain or shine.

Diabetic retinopathy is the leading cause of blindness in working-age Americans. To help with early detection of this disease, the Northfield Lions Club, in conjunction with the Lions of Illinois Foundation is sponsoring free diabetic retinopathy for the public.
