Saturday, June 13, to kick off the 2015 Chef Demonstration Series at the Northfield Farmers’ Market, Chef Phil from The Grand Food Center, Winnetka, will be preparing his legendary Italian beef sandwiches and Italian sausage sandwiches with grilled peppers.  It is early in the season but as more produce becomes available, the guest chefs will be incorporating products that are available for puchase at the Markets into their demos. Chefs from local restaurants will be appearing thoughout the summer.  The Northfield Farmers’ Market is located at 6 Happ Road in Northfield. (across the street from New Trier High School, Northfield Campus)  The Market is open from 7:30am-12:00pm every Saturday through October 17 and will run rain or shine!
