The Winnetka-Northfield Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of BloOuts–A Blow Dry Bar at their new WInnetka location, 895 1/2 Green Bay Road. The event was held Wednesday, September 16. Member of the Chamber, local merchants, friends, family, employees and staff of Vivian Arpino, owner of the salon, were in attendance to welcome them to the Hubbard Woods Business District of Winnetka.
